 John Baillie Vineyard - Merlot
Sonoma Valley Appellation

The 15-year-old John Baillie Vineyard located in the inland portion of Sonoma Valley is situated on an east-facing hillside. The Sonoma appellation is internationally recognized for producing well-structured Merlots, and the rocky volcanic soil at this site provides a well-drained environment that consistently produces good ripening of the fruit. The eastern orientation of the Baillie site also helps to avoid the problems that some Merlots of the region face with hot early evening sun. In addition this vineyard benefits from afternoon winds that come into this valley.

Siesta Estates Vineyard-Cabernet Sauvignon
Sonoma Valley Appellation

This first vineyard produces the best Cabernet in the Sonoma Valley. Wines from this estate have won many gold medals at local competitions. Siesta Estates commitment to minimal irrigation ensures small clusters of tiny berries and intense fruit flavors. The original 2-acre vineyard yielded 2 tons in 2005 but has now grown to allow us to make up to 10 barrels of top class Cabernet. Wine from this vineyard produces rich flavors and exhibits a concentration and depth of color more akin to syrah. To balance the intensity of this fruit we recommend 100% new oak.

Dale Brown Vineyards- Cabernet Sauvignon
St Helena Appellation
St Helena, Napa

Dale Brown Vineyards reflect the unique character of the soils and localized climate which has made St Helena one of the most acclaimed appellations in the world for Bordeaux varieties. This viticultural treasure centered between the Mayacamas Mountains and the Vaca Mountain range is perfectly suited to produce ultra premium grapes. Farmed for over twelve years this vineyard is low yielding because of the pruning and the lack of irrigation. Dry farming is an old practice that produces quality not quantity. The practice brings the best out of varietal, and appellation . Rich and intense flavors are the reward for low yields from this vineyard. Caymus Special Select, Pride and Sequia Grove are a few of the great Napa Valley wineries to use these grapes. Surrounding vineyards are Honig’s Bartolucci Vineyard, and Layird family estate.

The Donum Estates Vineyards-

Chardonnay & Pinot Noir

Carneros Appellation

Las Amigas Road, Napa

In the Carneros region, the term terroir is defined as a set of conditions encompassing all the components that affect the grapes grown here. The soil's chemistry and physical structure, the slope orientation of the hills and valleys and the weather are all very positive factors for both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Located approximately 40 miles northeast of San Francisco, Donum Estates Vineyards take advantage of the region's moderate climate created by fog, moist air, and cool breezes from the Pacific Ocean. Protected from harsh weather by the Coastal Range, Carneros summer days are warm with cool nights and mild winters. As a result, grapes stay on the vine longer, reaching a high acidity with full flavor development. Chardonnay from this vineyard produces delicious wine with intense pear, pineapple and tropical fruits, balanced with creamy, toasted vanilla.
